History and Founding

Pan Africa Christian University (PAC) is a private Christian university located in Nairobi, Kenya. Its roots trace back to September 1978, when it began as Pan Africa Christian College. Initially established as a Bible College, the university was built on the site of the former Lumumba Institute, now known as the Thika Road Campus. The university was formally chartered as a Private University by President Mwai Kibaki in February 2008. Since its inception, PAC University has expanded its academic offerings, currently boasting over thirty-five (35) courses.
