Another must-do hike near Flic-en-Flac is the 7 Cascades trail. Also known as Tamarind Falls hike (or Tamarind Falls for our English-speaking friends), it's named after the waterfalls you'll encounter along the way. For me, and many others, it ranks among the most stunning hikes in Mauritius. The hike takes you past a sequence of waterfalls, offering rejuvenation and quite a workout.
