Carry-On Baggage Allowance
On Egyptair flights, passengers (adults and children except infants), are entitled to the carry-on allowance corresponding to their travel class⁚ First & Business Class 2 pieces with a maximum weight of 8 kg each. Economy Class 1 piece with a maximum weight of 8 kg.
Passengers travelling with infants are also permitted to bring one personal item onto their flight as long as it is able to fit underneath the seat in front of them.
Carry-On Baggage Dimensions
Carry-on baggage should not exceed 55cm x 35cm x 25cm for dimensions. To avoid extra charges for excess baggage, please make sure to fit your allowed carry-on baggage within these dimensions. Prohibited Items
According to the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration), all prohibited items, such as firearms, ammunition, and related devices must be carried in the carry bags, not in checked baggage. Recreational Mobility Devices such as self-balancing hover boards are PROHIBITED on board Egyptair flights as checked or carry-on baggage.
